Relief from Sports Injuries

How We Relief Pain From Sports Injuries:
We want our athletic patients to have the best possible performance in their chosen sport, and we can help provide relief from all sports related injuries. Chiropractic care offers a balanced approach to the treatment and the healing of sports injuries. By using the chiropractic adjustment to return spinal segments to their normal mobility and by using physical therapy to help the supportive tissues (muscles, tendons, & ligaments). At Potomac Pain Center - Chiropractic & Physical Therapy we help the injured areas return to normal function. Afterward, better strategies for exercise and stretching will be discussed with the athlete to help him stay on the straight and narrow path to better enjoyment of his chosen sport.

What Makes Potomac Pain Center - Chiropractic & Physical Therapy Different?
We use a combination of chiropractic & physical therapy techniques that gets people better faster & keeps them better longer! We teach our patients how to not need continuous chiropractic screenings!
Our goal is to not only eliminate symptoms but to restore function, fitness, strength and health through a combination of the following: Chiropractic Care, Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, Back Education, Ergonomic Counseling & Massage Therapy.
We are trained in x-ray techniques and may ask you for x-rays of your back, neck or other joints in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Only after this initial examination will we offer a recommended course of treatment. Based on the analysis of your initial examination, your treatment may consist of chiropractic adjustments, therapies and rehabilitation.
